We at Lindex guarantee that each order is inspected before it’s sent out to you. If a product despite this should be broken or incorrect when you receive it, you are of course able to make a complaint. In the event of incorrect, damaged or defective products being received, you are requested to contact Lindex Customer Service within 5 days.
The easiest way to make a complaint is by visiting one of our stores. You can also make a complaint by sending the product to us by post. Fill in the return form that comes with your order.
For an approved complaint, we will compensate you for the product as well as shipping fees. If you haven’t kept the return label, we will refund the return cost when you send us the receipt via email.
